    HOW TO MAKE CHERRY LIQUOR AT HOME?

    • 500 grams sugar
    • 350 grams ethyl alcohol (%96)
    • 7 pcs cloves
    • 4 pcs stick cinnamon

    1. Clean the stalks of the Cherries, pass them through a nice water. 
    2. Add the sugar and cherries mixed into a glass jar. 
    3. Close the lid of the jar and leave for 2-3 days until the sugar melts in a cool setting.
    4. After checking whether the sugar has melted, add 1.5 cups pure alcohol and 1 cup boiled and chilled water.
    5. Add cloves and cinnamon sticks and close the lid of the jar tightly. 
    6. Let stand in a cool medium for about 1.5 months.
    7. Mix the ingredients together with a wooden spoon for a day.
    8. After the waiting process is over, drain the liquor.
    9. Serve in glasses
